Today we taste Davidoff XO cognac. Recently Hine purchased Davidoff Cognac and trying to make it better. Perhaps the bottle design is great but the aroma and taste of the cognac has a long way to go for improvement and meet front runners in XO category. In our opinion the high price tag of this bottle doesn't justify the expectations and we were disappointed by tasting results.
We found the Aroma to be artificial and somehow not natural. The taste is neutral, no specific character or no specific categorical tasting.
