Here we are with the last tasting of 2017. It's amazing how fast the years are passing by and we are watching our family, kids and friends to grow and bloom.
Today we taste Philbert - limited release Dovecote, an interesting bottle with high expectations. At the end of the tasting not many of us were pleased with the results! Most of us agree that this cognac has a bitter taste at the end. There is no question if this is different than other cognacs, but apparently this was not very much appreciated with our group.
